We are currently accepting applications for the 2024/2025 Academic Year in both Long-Term Certificate Programs and Short Courses. Whether you aim to pursue a professional career or start your own business, IPVTC offers practical training that equips you for success in today’s job market.

🛠️ Programs Offered

Long-Term Certificate Courses (1 Year):

  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

  • Design, Sewing & Clothing Technology (DSCT)

Short Courses (Monthly/Quarterly):

  • Computer Applications

  • Tailoring

  • Graphics Designing

  • Website Design & Development

  • Cosmetology

  • Cookery

  • English Language

✅ Admission Requirements

For Long-Term Certificate Programs:

  • National Form Four Certificate or Result Slip

  • Birth Certificate

  • Leaving Certificate

  • Two recent passport-size photos

  • Filled forms:

    • Acceptance of Admission

    • Medical Examination

    • Student Dress Code

  • Original and photocopies of all certificates

For Short Courses:

  • Basic education certificate (Standard Seven or Form Four)

  • One passport-size photo

  • Filled-in registration form

Note: All students must undergo a medical check-up from a certified medical practitioner before admission.

💰 Fee Structure

Long Courses (Boarding Students):

  • Tuition Fee: TZS 700,000/year

  • Meals: TZS 360,000/year

  • Direct Costs: TZS 80,000 (one-time)

  • Hostel: Free

  • Total: TZS 1,140,000/year

Short Courses:

  • Course fees range from TZS 35,000 to TZS 100,000 per month

  • Hostel: TZS 10,000/month

  • Uniform & Direct Cost: TZS 15,000–30,000

📌 Uniforms, meals, and learning materials are provided by the Centre upon payment.

🏠 Hostel Accommodation

  • Long Course Students: Free hostel, bed, and mattress

  • Short Course Students: TZS 10,000/month only

  • Students must bring their own blanket, bed sheets, mosquito net, and other personal items

🗓️ How to Apply

  1. Collect or download the application form from our office.

  2. Pay the non-refundable application fee of TZS 10,000.

  3. Submit the completed form along with required documents.

  4. Wait for an official admission letter with joining instructions.
